The office offers information on local issues and includes pamphlets, leaflets and posters on places to visit and many other items of interest. Bus and train timetables for the Wokingham area are available too.

Books and leaflets are available regarding the history of Wokingham and the Town Hall, some are free whilst others are for sale.

The Information Centre helps local charities advertise their events and sells tickets for forthcoming events.

Arrangements can be made for the hire of allotments, charity stalls, market stalls and football pitches. Bookings can be made by contacting the Information Centre Office. Room bookings can be made for the hire of the Town Council facilities at the Town Hall and at the Woosehill Community Centre.

The Town Hall is a spectacular venue for wedding ceremonies and is licensed to hold civil partnership ceremonies. Please enquire in the Information Centre for more details or to make an appointment to view our facilities.

Any payments due to the Town Council can be made at the desk in the Information Centre Office (ensuring that any cheques are made payable to the Wokingham Town Council)
