Tender: Christmas Lights

Tender for Wokingham Town Council’s Christmas Lights contract to run from 1^st April 2020 to 31^st March 2023

Wokingham Town Council (WTC) is currently seeking tenders for the above.  Please quote as per the enclosed Specification.

I enclose:

• A copies of the Specification and Tender (one copy to be completed and returned)
• A copy of Schedule 1
• A copy of the Supplier’s Contract
• A copy of Contractors Health and Safety General Questionnaire (to be completed and returned)

As required by WTC’s strategic plan please also supply

• your sustainability and environmental protection plan and process.  This should make reference to how much of the equipment you supply is made of recyclable material and is itself recyclable
• your policy for promoting inclusivity within your organization and workforce

The closing date to receive tenders is noon on Thursday 13^th February 2020.  I look forward to receiving your tender.

All received tenders will be considered by the Amenities Committee at its meeting on 4^th March 2020.  You will be advised of the outcome within the week following this meeting.
